The only thing I can suggest is updating your drivers and playing in windowed mode. The problem was that my PClaptop is VERY weak. Which can be simple fixed by turning it off in the graphics control panel or program. Im assuming you changed your graphics settings to the lowest possible and turned off things like Anti-Aliasing.
